WE KNOW EACH OTHER - Broccoliana



There’s no day without talking about broccoli. That’s why everybody calls me Miss Broccoli. Hihihi (n_n)
Almost everyday I go to Matos just to buy broccoli (Brassica oleracea).
This is not without any reason, but there are a lot of benefits that we can get from consuming this vegetable. Includes:
  1. Prevent Cancer
    Perhaps you’ve  heard about this. Research from University of  Illinois says broccoli contains sulforophane that serves to  enhance the detoxification process.
  2. Prevent Anemia
    Broccoli contains 28% folic acid, calcium, potassium, and less sodium which help preventing anemia.
  3. Lowering Cholesterol
    Content of provitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, folic acid, potassium, flavanoids, and fiber proven block disease caused by the buildup of cholesterol. This is evidenced by a master team of harvad university
  4. Prevent Senility
    It has anti-acetylcholinesterase which can increase acetylcholine which could be an alternative for those of you who don’t want to senile old future.
  5. Refine the Skin
    Want to smooth your skin without expensive treatments? Consuming broccoli is the answer. Broccoli contains vitamin A as the highest anti-oxidant, vitamin C which is essential for the establishment of skin collagen, and vitamin E which nourishes the skin.
