WHEN WE TRY TO WRITE.....


HEALTH

Health is very important things for all people. If our health is disturbed, we will feel uncomfortable, our body feel sick all over, also for eating our tongue cannot feel nice taste, it is like bitter although we eat delicious foods. Not only that but also when we sleep, we cannot asleep because our body feel sick. Everything that we do,can not be maximalized when we are sick.



In  my opinion, there are some results why everybody is sick. First, it can be the influence of the weather, when the weather changing from hot to rain or on the contrary, people will be easy to get diseases like influenza, cough, dizzy, etc. second, the cause of illness is exhausted, we work all over time, so we lose our energy or maybe we have less rest, it can be the result of illness. Third, we do less activity, especially sports. Some of people say that sport exactly make us  tired. This opinion is wrong. Sports can make our body becomes fit, fresh, and not sick easily because our organs work fine and the bloods can flow well. There are still many other results about the cause of sickness.

I have some tips that can prevent us from sickness.  get up early in the morning, it will refresh our body also our mind. Do sports  everyday,because it can make our bloods flow well, so we will feel fresh. Keep our eating pattern by consuming healthy foods and also by eating on time. Drink mineral water more than one liter per day. And the last, have enough rest, it takes about 8 until 9 hours per day.

We know healthy is very expensive, without health we cannot do everything well, so let us keep our health as a thanks to God about God’s bliss which is given for us.
